Terms & Conditions

I have two avenues of my work - Products and Services.

For products, I create and sell merchandise, stickers, patches, lures, rods, hats, apparel, t-shirts, hoodies, etc.

For services, I digitally create logos, branding, merch, content, apparel, photography, videography.

Terms of engaging in a project OR purchasing merch are as follows:

  • I give each and every product and service 110% always.

  • If you are not satisfied with your product or service, i ask that you contact me first and I will do my best to remedy the issue.

  • I want my clients / customers to be 100% satisfied. If a product or service does not meet that threshold, I will make it right according to the policies below.

Refund Policy

All payments for services are non-refundable. All payments for merchandise are only refundable if merch is damaged in transit and at that point, a claim would be filed with the shipping provider.

Privacy Policy

I don’t sell your data or really even keep it for that matter. Basic contact info is stored in my phone / contacts. Card, financial, and secure info is not kept anywhere.

Return Policy

Services cannot be returned once started.

Products can only be returned if damaged and can only be exchanged for another size/option or for store credit.

Shipping Policy

Merch orders are shipped Monday-Friday and are fulfilled within 1-2 business days from the time of order.

Services Fulfillment Policy

Services are rendered within a specific timeframe as outlined in project invoice. These terms are specific to that project.
